Shipping and product returns:

At this time all sales are final and we do not offer refunds or returns. Due to health and sanitization reasons products would have to be discarded upon return. Please be sure to double check your order before it is placed to avoid any confusion thank you. If you receive an order that is damage in any way please let me know 48 hours of receiving the items at thewaxpalace1@gmail.com. Please provide pictures and I will replace your order for you. Please allow 7-10 days for orders to be processed and shipped.

Booking:

Non refundable reservation fee due for all appointments at the time of booking. 

Late policies :

There is a ten minute grace period. Please call or text if you will be arriving more than 10 minutes after scheduled appointment time. Failure to communicate tardiness will result in your appointment being canceled, no call no shows will be canceled and will be charged a $25 inconvenience fee that does not go toward future services.

Rescheduling:

You may reschedule your appointments up to 24 hours before your appointments, Based on owner discretion.
